Nothing Happens in This World Until a Sale is Made

I have and continue to enjoy a very successful, fruitful, meaningful, and enjoyable professional career in the tourism, hospitality and service industry. It spans over 40 years starting in Hawaii and continuing in Asia. It brought me to fascinating and exotic destinations and along the way, valuable lessons in my personal and professional life. The learning experiences were fundamental, practical, motivational, and most importantly, helpful in developing my career, maximizing my potentials, and growing happiness with my life and family.

Very early in my career, I realized the enormous value of my experiences and how wonderful it would be to share these to help others develop their careers. I realized that sharing my experiences over the years has helped inspire many to excel and grow professionally and personally. Sales, selling, growing business has always been the focus of my professional career. Selling is everything. A few mantras that has guided me throughout my career are:

1. Nothing happens in this world until a sale is made

2. Nothing, no product, no matter how good, sells by itself

3. It is sold by someone, a salesman

4. The only way to make money is to sell, sell consistently, and sell more

5. No company survives by cutting cost, it does so by increasing sales and revenues

My journey has been dynamic and most satisfying.
